User Licenses Overview

The overview can be opened from the Configuration > User Licenses Overview ... menu.

The overview shows the users in the rows and the modules in the columns.

On the intersection of users and modules is a checkbox, check it to make the user have access to the module, uncheck it and the functions belonging to this module will be grayed out in the menu's.

The first row shows the COMPANY user id. Its the number of licenses available per module.

The second row shows the ASSIGNED user id. Its the number of licenses already in use by checking the users - modules checkbox.

• CB:
  Codification Builder.
• AO:
  Authorization Organizer.
• UA:
  User Assignments. The license is an all-users license. It is possible to limit User Assignments on user rights level.
• QA:
  Quality Assurance.
• LM:
  SAP License Manager. This license is an all-users license. It is possible to limit User Assignments on user rights level.
• CO:
  Controls Organizer.
• BL:

Business license.

• DI:
  View/display.
• TS:
  Task Scheduler License, CSI Accelerator can be used as a task scheduling service.

Warning: If you assign more users than there are licenses all the functionality of that module is blocked for all users.
If you exceed the view licenses, which allows a user to view all modules then all the modules will be blocked.

Note: You can assign module for each user individually in the user window on tab user licenses.
